

Putative class action lawsuits are currently pending in the Orange County Superior Court against Phillips-Medisize Costa Mesa, LLC; Phillips-Medisize, LLC; and Molex, LLC.
These lawsuits have been brought on behalf of current and former non-exempt employees in California and allege violations of the California Labor Code over the past several years. Case No. 30-2023-01351329-CU-OE-CXC
THE LAWSUIT ALLEGE:
Failure to pay minimum wage and overtime
Meal and rest break violations
Failure to pay all wages owed at separation
Inaccurate wage statements
Failure to reimburse necessary business expenses
